This page describes how WorkTechJournal approaches editorial independence, AI-assisted research, accuracy standards, and how to report errors.
Editorial Independence
WorkTechJournal’s editorial content is independent of advertising and affiliate relationships. Product recommendations and coverage decisions are made based on editorial judgment — not on whether a product has an affiliate program, whether a vendor has contacted us, or whether a vendor pays for placement.
We earn commissions through affiliate links on some product picks and comparisons. These links are disclosed on all pages that contain them. Affiliate relationships do not influence which products we recommend or how we evaluate them. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
AI-Assisted Research
WorkTechJournal uses AI tools — including large language models — to assist in research, drafting, and editing. When AI assists in producing an article, the following standards apply:
- All factual claims are checked against official sources: product documentation, release notes, pricing pages, developer blogs, or clearly identified third-party research.
- AI-generated drafts are reviewed and edited by the editor before publication.
- We do not use AI to fabricate reviews, quotes, test results, or experiences that did not happen.
- Articles that describe hands-on testing reflect actual testing by the editor.
- Where our coverage is based on documentation and feature comparison rather than direct hands-on use, this is reflected in how the article is written.
Editor
WorkTechJournal is written and edited by Alexander Gran, founder of the publication.
Accuracy Standards
We publish factual claims only when they can be attributed to official product documentation, verifiable public sources, or direct hands-on assessment. When a product’s specifications, pricing, or features change after publication, we update the affected article. Update dates are noted on revised articles.
Corrections Policy
If you find a factual error in any WorkTechJournal article, please report it using our contact page. Include the article URL, the specific claim you believe is incorrect, and a reference to the correct information. We review all correction requests and publish corrections on the affected article when an error is confirmed.
How to Report an Error
Use the contact page. We aim to review correction requests within 5 business days. For significant factual errors, we will publish a correction note at the top of the affected article.
